All RCGSL Coaches are required to complete the Double-Goal Coach®: Coaching for Winning and Life Lessons online training through the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) prior to the start of our season. 

We encourage you to visit the PCA site, watch the videos and to read some the testimonials to see what kind of impact this program is having on youth sports leagues across the country.
